Nick has been with ThermoDynamics for over 7 years. He previously worked in the field as a service technician and now has shifted to an office role. Nick is responsible for the everyday oversight of the office here at ThermoDynamics. Along with being involved with billing and our purchase ordering system, he also uses his field experience with assisting the Service Manager and Coordinator when needed. In his personal life, Nick enjoys music and the outdoors. He is also a SUNY Delhi graduate with an electrical degree.
Eric works closely with Ryan McCormick and Brian Triolo as a part of the Construction Department team. As a Project Manager he is involved across the whole project beginning to end. Eric is responsible for developing and drafting technical drawings/plans according to our clients’ needs. He assists with estimating, pre-construction, construction, and closeout of all construction projects. He has been working in the HVAC Industry for over 8 years and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
As Senior Project Manager at ThermoDynamics, Brian works closely with Ryan McCormick and Eric Studley as a part of the Construction Department team. He plays a role in estimating and assists in managing contract negotiations, pre-construction, construction and closeout of all Construction Projects. He has been working in the HVAC Industry for nearly 15 years and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Lisette is a certified public accountant. She holds an MBA degree and has over 20 years experience in corporate accounting. Lisette is responsible for our ThermoDynamics’ accounts payable and the timely generation of invoices, as well as, contractual billing and payroll.
David is an integral part of the service departments operations. He is responsible for acquiring all of the necessary parts and materials for the company as well as generating proposals for corrective work. He also works closely with the Service Manager to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance inspections for all our customers.
As Office Manager, Kathleen is responsible for the everyday oversite of the office here at ThermoDynamics. She has spent a number of years assisting with billing, overseeing the purchase order system and ensuring that the service technicians receive the timely information they need to complete their tasks. Kathleen’s additional responsibilities include oversite of filing, accounts receivable, office inventory and being that friendly voice that customers hear when they contact our office.
John has been managing Thermodynamics’ s service department since the company’s inception. He has an extensive background in the HVAC industry and has been a service manager for over 10 years. His innate ability to get to the bottom of any issue and his command of the service technicians, and their specific strengths, is what puts our company in a position to always come through for our customers. John has always made himself available for friendly advice to our customers and even to other contractors in the County.
As President of ThermoDynamics, Ryan oversees the HVAC sales and construction department and works closely with John McCormick on several aspects of the companies service department. He has been working in the HVAC industry for nearly 20 years. Prior to starting ThermoDynamics, Ryan oversaw service operations and sales for two other major mechanical contractors in Westchester County; during which time he developed his skills for estimation, project management and accounting. Ryan holds the company’s Rockland and Putnam HVAC Master licenses.
